  1. ≤Show contents of terminal buffer:≥
  2. If there is enough remaing manin memory, the last
  3. 50000 characters read from the port can be stored
  4. in a special buffer.
  5.  
  6. ⌠<F4>⌡ shows the contents of this buffer.
  7. Orientation is possible by the cursorkeys,
  8. <PgUp>, <PgDn>, <Home> and <End>.
  9.  
  10. There are three ≤screen modes≥
  11. (use ⌠<F3>⌡ to switch):

  13.  ≤1) Usual ASCII:≥
  14.     Characters are shown "as they are". There is a
  15.     new line after each ≤LF-Character≥.
  16.     #024 and #025 cursorkeys move line-by-line.
  17.  ≤2) ASCII-Hex:≥
  18.     In the left part of the screen the input is
  19.     interpreted as ASCII text and the right part
  20.     shows the corresponding hexadeciaml values
  21.     (for each character).
  22.     There is ≤no≥ new line after a LF-character an
  23.     the #027 and #026 cursorkeys move by only one
  24.     character.
  25.     In each line are 16 characters.
  26.  ≤3) Hex-ASCII:≥
  27.     The left screenpart shows the characters as they are
  28.     received. In the right part you see the ASCII
  29.     interpretation (if possible).
  30.     There is ≤no≥ new line after a LF-character an

  33.     In each line are 16 characters.

  35. By pressing ⌠<F4>⌡ you can choose, if you want to have
  36. a new line for each ≤CR,LF≥ (hex.: 0D 0A) pair.

  40. ⌠<F2>⌡ (or ⌠<S>⌡) - search a ASCII string from actual
  41. position to end of buffer.
  42. '?' characters are allowed as wildcards.

  44. If the search is successfull the specified string stands
  45. in the ≤last≥ line of the screen.

  48. ≤Clear buffer≥ by ⌠<F6>⌡.
  49.  
  50. ≤Save buffer to file≥ by ⌠<F8>⌡.
  51. The files have always the extension ≤.TRM≥ and are
  52. stored in the actual directory.

  54. ≤Restore buffer≥ by ⌠<F9>⌡.
  55. You will get a list of all saved buffer contents.
  56. Choose a file with the cursorkeys and <⌠<#017#196#217>⌡.

  60. By ⌠<F10>⌡ or ⌠<Esc>⌡ you leave the buufer-screen
  61. and return to the usual terminal mode.
